A New Horizon in Fashion Education: IIFM Milano Signs MoU with the Lebanese American University

The Italian Institute of Fashion Management – Milano (IIFM Milano) is honored to announce the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Lebanese American University (LAU), one of the region’s leading institutions in higher education.


This strategic partnership marks the beginning of an important chapter for fashion higher education, uniting Italian expertise with Lebanon’s rich academic and cultural heritage. Together, IIFM Milano and LAU aim to create new opportunities for students, both at undergraduate and graduate levels, and Faculty too, fostering cross-cultural collaboration, innovation, and the empowerment of future leaders in fashion and luxury management.


As part of this collaboration, IIFM Milano will also award scholarships to talented students from LAU, furthering its mission of investing in young creatives and supporting the next generation of fashion professionals across the MENA region.

In his turn, Eie Haddad, Dean of the School of Architecture & Design welcomed this great opportunity which further expands the program’s international network, and offers new opportunities for career development to our graduates at one of the premier fashion schools of Italy.  


This agreement reflects IIFM Milano’s commitment to education without borders, reinforcing Milan’s position as the capital of fashion management while extending its reach into new global contexts. The first students from these programs are expected to join in early 2026, marking the beginning of an exciting journey of shared learning and cultural exchange.
