Get ready to fashion collections! We'll dive into the world of fashion, to know how collections are designed. You'll create mood boards, play with creativity, and learn how fashion brands work on it. It's all about making your creative ideas come to life!

Fashion & Luxury Lab
Ever wonder how big fashion brands work? We'll explore the secrets behind luxury and fashion businesses. Learn how they market, brand, and tell their stories. We'll check out real examples and even meet people who work in the industry!

Fashion & The City (Milan)
Experience Milan, the heart of Italian fashion! We'll take you on tours of showrooms, concept stores, ateliers, and cool shops. You'll see what goes on behind the scenes and soak up the latest trends. It's like a real-life fashion adventure through the city!
 

The Fashion Summer School at the Italian Institute of Fashion Management is much more than just a training program—it’s a fun and immersive experience that allows you to explore the fashion world from every angle. 

In addition to classroom lessons and hands-on workshops, you’ll take part in exclusive visits to showrooms, ateliers, and fashion companies, connecting directly with industry professionals, always supervised by our experienced Faculty Professors. Moreover, through collaborative projects and practical activities, you’ll be able to test your skills and bring your ideas to life. A dynamic and stimulating experience designed for those who want to turn their passion for fashion into a journey of personal growth—and why not, even a professional one.
 

The Fashion Summer School at the Italian Institute of Fashion Management is designed for high school students who want to explore or deepen their knowledge of the fashion industry and fashion business in a dynamic and international environment. 

It is the perfect program for those dreaming of a career in the field, as well as for those looking to discover their passions and develop new skills in creativity, strategy, and innovation. No prior experience is required—just curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to challenge yourself. A unique opportunity to connect with industry professionals!
 

The Fashion Summer Camp offers an engaging experience that combines hands-on training and the discovery of the fashion system. The program is divided into three distinct modules: Fashion & Creativity Lab, Fashion & Luxury Lab, and Fashion and the City, providing a comprehensive view of the fashion world, from creativity to business.

During the first week, within the module: “Fashion & Creativity Lab”, you will develop your creativity and aesthetic sense through practical workshops and artistic experimentation. The lessons will take place from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:15 PM, as follows:

-    Monday – Introduction to Fashion & Ice-breaking
   • Discover the world of fashion and its professions
   • Team-building activities to stimulate creativity

-    Tuesday – Moodboard and Trend Research
   • How collections are born: research and inspiration
   • Creating mood boards to express your own style

-    Wednesday – Fashion Illustration and Sketching
   • Basic drawing techniques for clothing and accessories
   • Practical workshop with creative exercises

-    Thursday – Fabrics and Materials in Fashion Design
   • Discovery of innovative and sustainable materials
   • VIsit to fashion materials

-    Friday – Creation of a Concept for a Capsule Collection
   • From idea to presentation: developing your creative project
   • Pitching the work

During the second week, within the modules: “Fashion & Luxury Lab” and “Fashion & The City”, you will understand the dynamics of the luxury sector and fashion business through field experiences and visits.

-    Monday – Fashion Business & Brand Strategy
   • Introduction to fashion marketing and luxury brands
   • Case studies on successful strategies

-   Tuesday – Communication & Digital Fashion Marketing
   • The role of social media in fashion
   • Creating a mini digital campaign

-   Wednesday – Luxury Experience: Exclusive Visits
   • Guided tours of showrooms, ateliers, and concept stores
   • Meetings with industry professionals

-    Thursday – Retail & Customer Experience
   • Analysis of boutiques and flagship stores
   • Workshop and visit on visual merchandising and luxury retail

-    Friday – Fashion Project Simulation
   • Group work on a real case study
   • Final presentation of project work

Application Process and Admission Requirements

To enroll in the Fashion Camp you must complete the following steps:
1.    Application Form Submission: Download, complete, and submit the application form, accessible at the following link.
2.    Upload of the Identity document.

Upon receipt of the required documents, the Italian Institute of Fashion Management will notify the candidate.
 

Financial Commitment
The Fashion Summer Camp fee is € 1,600, payable in one installment upon the acceptance of the application.
These fees include a portion of the study materials, access to the Institute's facilities, award of the certificate of attendance.
 

Withdrawal Policy
The initial registration fee is non-refundable.
