IIFM Milano and ISCOM: A New International Partnership for Academic Mobility Starting in 2027
An agreement connecting fashion & luxury management, communication and marketing to offer students new opportunities for academic and international growth between Milan and France
IIFM – Italian Institute of Fashion Management announces a new academic partnership with ISCOM, a French institution specializing in communication, marketing and brand strategy. Starting in 2027, the collaboration will open up new international mobility opportunities for students from both institutions, fostering the exchange of skills, perspectives and educational approaches.
Under the agreement, IIFM students will be able to spend a semester at selected ISCOM campuses in France, including Paris, while ISCOM students will have the opportunity to study in Milan, gaining first-hand exposure to one of the world’s leading international fashion and luxury ecosystems.

Two complementary areas of expertise, one international vision
The partnership stems from the complementarity of the two institutions’ academic programmes. On the one hand, ISCOM brings more than forty years of experience in education and training in communication, marketing and brand strategy, supported by a network of ten campuses across France. On the other, IIFM stands out for its focus on fashion & luxury management, with an approach that combines academic rigour at university level with direct engagement with the industry.
It is a meeting of different areas of expertise, united by the shared ambition of preparing professionals capable of understanding and navigating the complexity of the fashion and luxury sectors.

International mobility as an opportunity for growth
“Fashion and luxury are sectors in which creativity, communication, culture and business converge in a deeply international context,” says Nicola Guerini, Founding Dean and Director-General of IIFM. “For this reason, engaging with different academic and professional environments represents far more than a study-abroad experience: it means internationalising one’s professional profile and, above all, developing the analytical skills and understanding of industry dynamics that will enable students to keep pace with the sector’s evolution. This is also a fundamental aspect of the IIFM experience: this year, our campus has welcomed students from more than 25 countries around the world, contributing to a truly international learning environment.”

A further step in IIFM’s internationalisation journey
The collaboration with ISCOM represents a further step in strengthening IIFM’s international academic network and reaffirms the Institute’s commitment to creating educational opportunities that connect students, cultures and industries.
IIFM would like to thank the ISCOM team for their contribution to building this partnership and looks forward to launching mobility activities in 2027, with the aim of providing students from both institutions with new opportunities for learning, exchange and international growth.
